Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that as part of their preventative maintenance programme and in conjunction with ANRD, a power outage has been scheduled for Wednesday 9th July 2025 from 9am to 3pm affecting consumers from New Ground Point, Lower Sapper Way, Young's Valley, Plantation Square, Cape Villa and Upper & Lower Cleugh's Plain.
This scheduled power outage is to allow for removal of trees overhanging the HV power lines between Plantation Square and Cape Villa. Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers that a power outage has been scheduled from 9:30am to 11:30am on Thursday 24 October 2024, affecting consumers in Harpers, Oak Bank, Knollcombes and Prince Andrew School. This scheduled outage will allow Connect to reinstate the HV Network at Brown's Hill.

Further to yesterday’s announcements, Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise that work is continuing to flush the water system in Jamestown. As a result, some customers may continue to experience low water pressure or may be without water for a period of time.
Flushing the system has resulted in a reduction in the high chlorine levels that were experienced in some parts of the Jamestown water network. Whilst there has been a significant improvement, work is still ongoing in some areas. In the meantime, consumers on the Jamestown system are advised to boil their water for drinking purposes. This advisory will remain in effect until the morning of Wednesday, 31 July. Connect Saint Helena Ltd thank their consumers in advance for their patience and cooperation in the matter.
