Utilities TariffAll electricity, water and waste water charges are set by Connect Saint Helena Ltd and approved by the St Helena Utilities Regulatory Authority (URA).
The URA is an independent body that was established to monitor the provision of utility services. The URA set standards set standards for service delivery and each year will produce a report on how we are performing against these service standards. You can find these reports here.
