Supply
To apply for a connection, please visit our
Download Library for a printable application form or contact our offices at Seales Corner.
Our terms and conditions of service accompany the application form.

Also to those who are planning to install a new electricity connection to their premises, please visit our Download Library and see the article Changes to Electrical Installation Compliance, which came into effect in January 2016 as you will need to be aware of how these changes affect you.

Planned Power Outages
Sometimes we may need to switch off your power while we work on electricity cables nearby. For example, we could be replacing or repairing an underground cable or equipment that is old or damaged. Or we could be making changes to overhead lines. For our staff to carry out this work safely, we have to switch off the electricity supplies serving the area.  But don’t worry - we will tell you before we do that either via the local media services or this website, unless it’s an emergency situation or an unplanned outage.

To see more information on planned and unplanned power outages, please visit our Download Library and see the article Information on Power Outages.
