Complaints Procedure
Should you need to make a formal complaint, you can view and follow the process outlined in our Customer Complaints Procedure document below.  The document can also be accessed from our Download Library.

 To make a complaint in person
Come and visit us at Seales Corner to talk to a Customer Administrator.  In order to avoid waiting times and to maintain social distancing arrangements, we respectfully request that you make an appointment in advance.  Appointments with our Customer Administrators are readily available between the hours of 08:30 - 16:00 on Monday - Friday.

To make a complaint by telephone

This number is staffed between the hours of 08:30 - 16:00 on Monday - Friday.  Outside of normal hours, please call +(290) 22255 and follow the directions on our answer phone.
