The Highways Authority has given approval for the Bottom Woods road to be closed on Monday, 28th January, that is from the bus shelter to Reggie’s Takeaway from 9am to 4pm.  This closure is to allow Connect St Helena Ltd to install a pipeline across the road.
 
Signage will be in place to notify pedestrians and vehicular traffic of the road closure and the diversion route.

As part of their infrastructure refurbishment programme Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that a power outage has been scheduled for Wednesday, 16th January 2019 from 9am to 4pm, affecting consumers of the Briars.
 
This scheduled outage will allow them to replace a HV insulator from the Power Station to Two Gun Saddle.

This schedule outage will allow staff to make a voltage adjustment on the Bluemans Field transformer and to remove a transformer at Crack Plain.
