Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that as part of their preventative maintenance programme, a power outage has been scheduled for Wednesday 27th January 2021 from 9am to 2pm, affecting consumers in Lower Cleughs Plain.
This scheduled maintenance will allow Connect to transfer Low Voltage cables on to a new pole. Connect Saint Helena Ltd thank their customers for their cooperation during this time. The Highways Authority have given approval for the road from the Rose & Crown shop to Ladder Hill Corner to be closed to vehicular traffic 24 hours per day effective from 1pm on Saturday, 16 January to Sunday, 31 January 2021. Persons who normally park along this road are kindly asked to remove their vehicles before 1pm on Saturday, 16 January 2021. Access by foot will be maintained for residents in the area. This road closure will allow Connect Saint Helena to replace the water mains in that area.

This scheduled maintenance will allow Connect to replace insulators from Bamboo Hedge to Lower Sandy Bay & Unity Cottage. Connect Saint Helena Ltd thank their customers for their cooperation during this time. Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers from Half Way, Upper Cow Path & White Wall, that there will be a scheduled water interruption on Tuesday 5th January 2021 from 9am to 4pm, this interruption is to repair water main. During this period consumers from Half Way, Upper Cow Path & White Wall will be without water.
