​Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that a power outage affecting consumers in Barren Ground, West Lodge, Blue Hill, Red Gate, High Hill, Thompsons Wood, Fitzstevens Estate and Horse Ridge, has been scheduled for Wednesday 14th December 2022 from 9:00am to 13:00pm. This scheduled outage will allow Connect to carry out essential maintenance on high voltage network.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to ask consumers in the St Pauls and Half Tree Hollow areas who are fed from the Red Hill Water Treatment Works to please reduce their water consumption to essential needs only, for the next 24 hours.  This is due to staff carrying out essential maintenance at the Red Hill Water Treatment Works.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise customers that with effect from Monday, 5th December their technical team will be carrying out surveying work in Bottom Woods.  They will be tracking water pipelines, measuring water flows at various points, as well as reading water meters in this area.  Appropriate safety precautions will be taken by staff when visiting your premises.
 
This exercise is part of Connect’s Unaccounted for Water Programme and will assist in identifying areas where there are faults that require rectification.
