The Highways Authority has given approval for the road to be closed to vehicular traffic from McDaniel’s Shop to Lower Cleughs Plain on Monday 21st December 2020 from 9am to 3pm. This will allow Connect Saint Helena Ltd to repair the water mains at Lower Cleughs Plain.
 
During this time the water will be shut off affecting consumers in Lower Cleughs Plain.
 
Signage will be in place as normal & excess will only be maintained for emergency vehicles and pedestrians only.
