​Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that as part of their preventative maintenance programme, a power outage has been scheduled for Wednesday 26th January 2022 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, affecting consumers from China Lane down to The Market, Jamestown.
 
This scheduled maintenance will allow Connect to replace high voltage insulators.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd are continuing to upgrade the water network in Half Tree Hollow.  As a result, the road starting at the junction near Mr Glen Owen’s residence up to the Evergreen Tree will be closed to the public from Thursday, 13th  January to Monday, 31st January 2022 from 9am to 3pm on weekdays only. 
 
Only pedestrians and emergency vehicles will have access, however limited access for residential vehicular traffic will be granted accordingly.  For residents who reside along the road from the Half Tree Hollow Community Centre and Hollow Crescent, alternative routes are via Lantana Drive near the Half Tree Hollow Community Centre or via the dirt road above the playground.
 
Signage will be in place to notify pedestrians and vehicular traffic of the road closure.
