Further to an earlier announcement concerning the water supply to customers fed from the Levelwood Treatment Plant, Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers that some areas of Levelwood and Sandy Bay will temporarily experience an interruption to their water supply.  Works are currently taking place to rectify this and it is expected that water will be restored by this evening. 
 
Consumers in the Levelwood and Sandy Bay areas are again reminded to please restrict consumption to essential use only.  This notice will remain in effect until 4pm on Friday, 4 August.  Connect Saint Helena Ltd apologises for the inconvenience caused and thanks customers for their patience.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers in the Levelwood and Sandy Bay areas who are fed from the Levelwood Water Treatment Works to please reduce their water consumption to essential needs only.  This is due to a fault at the Levelwood Water Treatment Works that is affecting the water supply.  Connect staff are currently working to rectify the problem.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that a power outage has been scheduled for Monday 24th July 2023 affecting consumers in Red Hill, Cotton Field, Enfield, High Knoll and Upper Sapper Way  from 10am to 1pm. This scheduled outage will allow Connect to carry out works and inspection on the HV Network at Red Hill .

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise that the Highways Authority has given approval for the Longwood Avenue Road to be closed to ALL vehicles and pedestrians on Sunday, 16th July 2023 from 7am to 4pm.  This road closure is to allow Connect staff to carry out excavation works in the road to accommodate a new bulk water main.
  
There will be NO access whilst the road is closed.  The diversion route for residents and vehicular traffic including emergency services will be pass Longwood Gate, through to Deadwood Plain and via the Haul Road.  Signage will be in place to notify pedestrians and vehicular traffic of the road closure and diversion routes.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that the Roads Section has given approval for the Road from the Market to the Solomon's Fuel Station in Jamestown known as Narra Backs to be closed on Wednesday, 12 July 2023 from 1pm to 6pm.  This road closure is to allow Connect staff to repair a water main near the Solomon's Fuel Station.

Therefore consumers from the Market to the Wharf will be without water from 1pm today.
