​Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the public that as part of their infrastructure refurbishment programme, the third of four scheduled outages will commence Wednesday 15th May 2019 from 9am to 3pm, affecting consumers in the following areas, Flax Ground, Wood Ground, Red Hill, Upper Sapper Way, En-Field, High Knoll, Prince Lodge and Red Hill Vehicle Test Centre. 
                               
This scheduled maintenance will allow Connect to replace HV pole insulators from En-Field to Red Hill, St Paul’s.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers in Lower Cleugh’s Plain that there will be a scheduled water interruption tomorrow Tuesday 14th May 2019 from 9am to 3pm to replace a section of the water mains. During this period consumers of Lower Cleugh’s Plain will be without water.
                                     
In order to do this the road from McDaniel’s shop to Lower Cleugh’s Plain will be closed from 9am to 3pm to vehicular traffic.  However, access will be permitted for emergency vehicles only.

The Highways Authority has given approval for the upper section of Bottom Woods road, namely from Mr Reginald Williams’ property through to Miss Paula Henry’s property, to be closed from Monday, 13th May to Thursday, 17th June from 9am to 3pm on weekdays only.  This closure is to allow Connect Saint Helena Ltd to continue with upgrading the water network in Bottom Woods. 
 
Access will be permitted for residents and emergency vehicles only, and are asked to approach the work area with caution as heavy plant and equipment will be in operation and to please adhere to any instruction given by staff working onsite.
 
Signage will be in place and Connect Saint Helena Ltd thanks the public for their cooperation during this road closure.
 

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise the residents of Robinson’s Drive, Cow Path that from Monday 13th May Connect staff will be upgrading and burying the water main in this area, from Mrs Mavis Williams’ property to near Mr Derek Henry’s property. Whilst the road will remain open for the duration of the work, vehicular traffic and pedestrians are asked to approach the work area with caution as heavy plant and equipment will be in operation and to please adhere to any instruction given by staff working onsite.

This scheduled maintenance will allow Connect to continue replacing HV pole insulators from Hutt’s Gate to Red Hill – Levelwood.

Connect Saint Helena Ltd would like to advise consumers that tomorrow Wednesday 8th May, from 9am to 3pm there will be a scheduled water interruption affecting consumers of Scotland, Oaklands, Spring Knoll and Spring Gut.  This water interruption will enable Connect staff to replace a section of the water mains.
 
In order for these works to be carried out the road from Scotland to Spring Gut will be closed from 9am to 3pm.  Signage will be in place to notify vehicular traffic of the road closure and the diversion route. However, access will be permitted for residence and emergency vehicles only.
